To handle customer complaints quickly and professionally, we will rely on the facts of the main issue, specifically the tattoo and the chat transcript. Then, we will observe, analyze, summarize, and finally make a decision. CONNECT-INK has the right to make the final decision regarding any complaints.

* CUSTOMER COMPLAINT PROCESS
The customer complaint handling process includes the following steps:


1. Receive complaints: Customers send their complaints to info@connect-ink.com. The deadline for complaints is within 20 days from the date of getting the tattoo.

2. Evaluate the complaint: CONNECT-INK needs 3 days to evaluate the accuracy and validity of the complaint from the customer.

3. Resolve the complaint: CONNECT-INK has the right to make the final decision regarding the complaint and notify the result to the customer.

4. Response to the customer:

* If the complaint is resolved, the refund will be transferred to the customer after 3 working days from the notification date.
* If the complaint is not resolved, CONNECT-INK will inform the reason to the customer.
Note: You should only send a complaint after talking to your artist about the issue you need to resolve. If there is no common voice, please file a complaint.

* ARTIST COMPLAINT PROCESS
The artist complaint handling process includes the following steps:


1. Receive complaints: After receiving the complaint, we will notify you specifically about the tattoo invoice.

2. Evaluate the complaint: CONNECT-INK needs 3 days to evaluate the accuracy and validity of the complaint from the customer.

3. Resolve the complaint: CONNECT-INK has the right to make the final decision regarding the complaint and notify the result to both the customer and the artist.

4. Response to the artist:

* If the customer's complaint is resolved, you will not receive the remaining 30% of the amount, and you must refund 50% of the previously received amount within 3 days.
* If the complaint is not resolved, CONNECT-INK will notify you, and you will receive another 30% of the remaining tattoo value.
